My daughter, Heather Victoria Lyttle, was born in 2009. She is an Sumo Robot champion, international traveler, avid reader, and of course the apple of my eye. Heather is now part of Marshall School’s class of 2028 and plans to be a veterinarian one day.
Our home in Duluth was built in 1994, held by the Burr family for 20 years, and is named in honor of one of Duluth’s most energetic founding fathers: Luther Mendenhall. His legacy is marred by a messy divorce that was daily front page news.
My uncle Ross Orville Lyttle began collecting and organizing genealogical material decades ago. I have added some DNA analysis to look further into the family’s heritage.
